Artistix works with a trusted independent pool-service professional who performs equipment setup and startup coordination for our projects. We typically introduce that partner to the homeowner for ongoing maintenance after completion.
The ongoing service relationship is directly between the homeowner and the independent provider unless the project documents state otherwise.
Why continuity matters
The service professional begins with useful context about the equipment, automation, water features and operating intent. That reduces the gap between installation and routine care and gives the homeowner a clear first call for normal maintenance.
