Three properties.
Three complete transformations.
Different homes, different land, different ways to live outside. See how pool design, outdoor rooms, planting, lighting, and the connections between them become one finished environment.
The decisions that bring a property together.
A complete transformation is more than a collection of features. Each of these projects shows how the pool, gathering spaces, materials, landscape, and circulation can reinforce one another.
Amberton Residence
Comfort, privacy, and a natural connection to home.
The design brought together a pool and spa, covered living, privacy, and atmosphere after sunset. A rectangular pool and raised spa established the composition, while the covered patio connected shade and seating to the house. Layered evergreen planting preserved a sense of openness, and integrated water, fire, and landscape lighting extended the setting into the evening.
POOL + SPA · PATIO + LOUNGE · LANDSCAPE + LIGHTING
The pool, spa, patio, and lawn share one clear relationship with the home.
Terraced Garden Residence
Elevation became a sequence of outdoor rooms.
The changing grade was a defining condition of this property. Instead of flattening the site, natural stone retaining walls shaped connected levels for swimming, lounging, cooking, and gathering. A water feature and fire lounge added sound and warmth, while wood, pergola elements, and planting balanced the stone. The result is a series of outdoor rooms that use the elevation to create purpose and connection.
POOL TERRACES · FIRE LOUNGE · KITCHEN · WATER + GARDEN
Terraced walls turn elevation changes into connected places to spend time.
Andrews Residence
A complete setting for gatherings from afternoon into evening.
The design centered on how people move between swimming, lounging, dining, and conversation. A rectangular pool, centered raised spa, and aligned features established visual order. Continuous terraces and connections to the covered patio supported movement between the house and the water, while spillways, fire bowls, and integrated lighting brought atmosphere after sunset.
POOL + RAISED SPA · FIRE FEATURES · ENTERTAINING · LANDSCAPE
Water, fire, lighting, and the raised spa bring the evening setting into focus.
